your camera. These rings are very easy to install. Use a jewelers philips head screwdriver, remove

the six screws, remove the GoPro plastic ring, replace with lanyard ring, place screws in lanyard ring

and tighten. Anyone can instal one of these rings!

These are designed to be extremely light weight but much stronger than plastic.
